We want every client to feel they're getting genuine value from The Alpha's. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds and dispute resolution.
Retainer fees are billed in advance for each month of service. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable, but we will complete all committed deliverables for that cycle.
For one-off projects (branding, shoot planning, websites), the 50% kickoff fee is non-refundable once production has started, as it covers strategy, concepting and resource allocation. The final 50% is payable on delivery and only after you have approved the work.
Every project includes the revision rounds stated in your proposal (typically 2–3 rounds per deliverable). Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate quoted upfront.
If you're unhappy with a specific deliverable, tell us within 7 days and we will rework it free of charge within the same cycle. If you believe we've materially failed to deliver, write to contact@thealphas.in and we will review the case and respond within 7 working days.
Ad budgets paid to Meta, Google or other platforms are non-refundable by The Alpha's — those funds belong to the platform. We only charge management fees, which are covered by the retainer terms above.
