This page is maintained by The Alpha's to answer common questions about how we handle information shared with us through this website and during client engagements. It is descriptive of our current practices and is not a legal certification.
When you fill out our contact form or message us on WhatsApp / email, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, brand, email, phone number and a short description of your project. We do not run third-party analytics, cookies, or pixel tracking on this website at the time of writing.
Information you share is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver services if you become a client. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
When we operate your social media or ad accounts, we access them through your own logins or partner-permission flows (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads). We never change ownership of your assets, and access is revoked at the end of the engagement on request.
Lead enquiries are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Active client files are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months for reference, then deleted on request.
You can ask to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@thealphas.in. We respond to such requests within 7 working days.
